Pick Up Where You Left Off

Stimulus

1) You will be working for 2:00 and resting for 1:00, making your way through the chipper. With a minute of rest between each round, look to push the pace each time. After the rest, you will pick up where you left off of. You should be able to finish each station with roughly 2 rounds. Since today is a recovery day, you can choose to pick one cardio piece and substitute it for a movement you would like to practice.
