1) This is a Hero WOD that will turn into quite a high rep workout. Pick weights that will allow you to complete each movement in under 1:00. Deadlift weight should be challenging, but avoid going over 70% of your 1RM. Break up the push ups early on to avoid failure. Box jumps must have full lockout at the top, with hips and knees reaching extension. Aim to get roughly 10 rounds.
