Our camps (ages 5+) include CrossFit, gymnastics, games, crafts, and more—all designed to keep kids active, engaged, and learning new skills.

summer bootcamp
Get outside your comfort zone and into the zone.
Our Summer Bootcamp is a once-a-week, full-body blast built around interval-style stations. You’ll move through a mix of strength and cardio elements—sled drags, wall balls, tire flips, carries, core work, and more. The workout changes each week, but the goal stays the same: challenge yourself, build fitness, and have fun.

Learn to Lift + Mock Meet – Sunday, July 6

Join us for Learn to Lift, our 2-hour Foundations-style session focused on Olympic lifting technique. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a refresher.

Then stick around for our Mock Weightlifting Meet—a fun, supportive way to lift heavy and celebrate the season.

Learn the basics in a dedicated 2-hour session with others new to CrossFit. Covers mechanics, safety & fundamentals.

PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS
Prefer 1-on-1 coaching? Work with a coach for your first 3 sessions to build confidence & master key movements.
Includes: Unlimited classes for the rest of the month ($225 + gst)

We also host Bring-A-Friend Days on special occasions—perfect for trying CrossFit with a buddy! But no need to wait—you can drop in for your free class anytime.
